Karina Stradivarius is a Certified Balloon Artist from Japan and this sculpture she has called ‘Mi Cheff!’ (My Cheff!) and I think he’s great. Each week I am researching ideas for clients here in England, but thanks to the internet, ideas can be shared all around the world.
Just as with many things in life, balloon art changes country by country. Generally speaking, the Japanese like to twist their balloons tightly, creating intricate designs which shows in this design. Karina has also hand painted the eyes, brows and smile onto her face too creating features that are also typical for Japan.
As a members of the Qualatex Balloon Network, we are all Certified Balloon Artists, meaning that we are trained and qualified in our art. At VIP Balloons, we regularly meet up and share ideas with other CBAs from around the world. Each Thursday we are sharing a design that has caught our eye and inspire us with our designs.
